The basic problem with this kind of inclusive, creation-centred language is that while is has good pastoral instincts for people who really have been treated as sub-human by other churches, it is just lazy and bad theology. Even the language of the psalms with our common creaturely dependency on God would be a step in the right direction.
There was something about this at The Central Branch Of The Vancouver Public Library to inform the public about the statistics about Transgender Persons. They’re 1% of the human population & 20% go ahead with the surgery & 80% do not! Murder & Suicide Statistics are -quite high. It was God who created us all & it is to God of whom we turn as to know about ourselves by being informed by the One Who Created Us.
