Bishop Susan Bell invited to Lambeth

Justin Welby invited Bishop Kevin Roberston to Lambeth for a conference for new bishops this month, in spite of the fact that Robertson has married another man, flouting  the rules of the church that Welby purports to be in charge of.
In order to reinforce his studied indifference to the Lambeth 1998 Resolution 1.10 on human sexuality, Welby also invited the Diocese of Niagara’s Bishop Susan Bell, who officiated at the marriage of Robertson to Mohan Sharma.

There is a rumour circulating – yet to be confirmed – that not all of the remaining attendees are ecclesiastically entangled, directly or indirectly, in same-sex relationships, despite many claiming to be in the hope of enhancing the probability of promotion.

  1. They might well be wearing purple shirts and have white collars but the holder of the leash is definitely not our Lord & Saviour. Clearly they worship that detestable “god of political expediency”. All of them should have their collars removed until they make a complete and thorough confession and return to the true GOD – the God of the Scriptures and the Father of our Lord & Saviour. As I have said previously the ABC is simply showing his allegiance to the civil government.

  2. “And Can It Be?” (+ Charles Wesley’s hymn, composed immediately following his May 21, 1738 Conversion to Jesus Christ as his Saviour and LORD), the Recessional at the March 21 (+ Archbishop Thomas Cranmer’s martyrdom, Broad Street, Oxford, 1556) 2013, Enthronement of the 105th Archbishop of Canterbury; as verse 5 being sung, he passing between, on his right, the ‘author and finisher’ of Christian marriage in the UK, the Prime Minister; and on his left,
the Supreme Governor’s Heir Apparent; singing faithful allegiance to his “Living Head”, already having sung in v 4 “long my imprisoned spirit lay, fast bound in sin, and nature’s night…”.
    And can it be?!

  3. Susan Bell fired our priest “without cause”. Still trying to get an answer since “without cause” means his performance was not the reason.

    • Perhaps the time has come for you congregation to vote to join the ANIC. Undoubtedly this would result in the diocese taking legal action to evict you and legally steal your property but at least you would still be a Christian church, Clearly the ACoC has abandoned any such claim by their rejection of the authority of Scripture as the Primate and most of his apostate colleagues seem to think their word is superior to THE WORD.
