{"id":24889,"date":"2017-03-17T20:20:37","date_gmt":"2017-03-18T00:20:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/anglicansamizdat.net\/wordpress\/?p=24889"},"modified":"2017-03-18T10:14:43","modified_gmt":"2017-03-18T14:14:43","slug":"order-your-lgbt-vestments-here","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.anglicansamizdat.net\/wordpress\/order-your-lgbt-vestments-here\/","title":{"rendered":"Order your LGBT vestments here"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I don\u2019t normally put advertisements on my blog but, for this worthy cause, I thought I\u2019d make an exception.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/equallyAnglican\/\" target=\"_blank\">EquallyAnglican<\/a>, a Facebook page dedicated to individuals who <em>\u201care your LGBTQ friends and family in the Anglican Church of Canada\u201d,<\/em> is promoting an LGBT priest&#8217;s vestments business.<\/p>\n<p>The question is, how would the business react to an order for a vestment embroidered with this message: \u201cI support traditional marriage between one man and one woman\u201d? Would the order be rejected resulting in howls of &#8220;discrimination&#8221; from the would-be purchaser? Would there be complaints to the Human Rights Commission? Lawsuits?
