Mary\u00a0Irwin-Gibson,\u00a0bishop of the Anglican Diocese of Montreal, will join Ottawa Bishop\u00a0John Chapman in rejecting a decision by the church’s\u00a0General Synod, which won’t\u00a0recognize same-sex marriage.<\/p>\n
