A plot is afoot to prepare delegates for something other than a yes or no decision for the marriage canon vote \u2013 resolution C003 \u2013 on Monday. The liberals fear that the vote will not go their way so machinations are underway to produce the desired result no matter what the outcome of the vote. Something less “binary\u201d.<\/p>\n
