In 2009, <a href=\"http:\/\/anglicanplanet.net\/canadian-news\/2009\/12\/27\/diocese-of-quebec-faces-extinction.html\" target=\"_blank\">he lamented<\/a> that he could be <em>\u201cthe last bishop of Quebec\u201d<\/em>. There is nothing that upsets an Anglican bishop quite so much as the withering away of bishops.<\/p>\n<p>But now the Diocesan newspaper is fighting back to attract new members! In a bold seeker friendly gesture, the paper <a href=\"http:\/\/quebec.anglican.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/gazette_june_may08_small.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">has published<\/a> this image to illustrate the atoning death of God\u2019s Son on the cross.
