US prison doctors, on the other hand, are <a href=\"http:\/\/bigstory.ap.org\/article\/condemned-ohio-child-killer-testify-hearing\" target=\"_blank\">incapable of finding a vein<\/a> to administer the prescribed lethal injection to death row inmates; perhaps the US should outsource their executions to Quebec where death doctors will have had plenty of practice. It could provide a much need boost to Quebec\u2019s economy.
