It includes the inevitable attempt to cajole God with native voodoo: there are <a href=\"http:\/\/www.anglican.ca\/im\/files\/2013\/01\/honouring-the-four-directions.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">prayers<\/a> \u201cbased on the colours of the medicine wheel\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, Theresa Spence has decided <a href=\"http:\/\/news.nationalpost.com\/2013\/01\/09\/attending-no-more-chief-spence-snubs-harper-meeting-because-governor-general-not-going\/?utm_source=feedburner&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Feed%3A+NP_Top_Stories+%28National+Post+-+Top+Stories%29&amp;utm_content=Google+Reader\">not to attend<\/a>.
