The former: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.timeanddate.com\/holidays\/un\/world-aids-day\" target=\"_blank\">World Aids Day<\/a> is coming up on December 1<sup>st<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>Guess which disease the Anglican Church of Canada has taken upon itself to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.google.ca\/url?sa=t&amp;rct=j&amp;q=diocese%20of%20toronto%20world%20aids%20day&amp;source=web&amp;cd=5&amp;ved=0CDsQFjAE&amp;url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.toronto.anglican.ca%2Fuploads.php%3Fid%3D4e8b222f51101&amp;ei=1OqpTv7-LsnY0QHQq9X1DQ&amp;usg=AFQjCNEWB5ElB3s7kGLE2v8H7dBxEhgVmw&amp;cad=rja\" target=\"_blank\">enshrine in liturgy<\/a>? I know, it\u2019s like shooting fish in a barrel: Aids.<\/p>\n<p>Guess the reason for this \u2013 choose one of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Anglican Church of Canada is more interested in sexually transmitted diseases than other diseases that kill more people, especially if the other diseases involve diarrhoea. That is because sex is a part of the Anglican spiritual journey and diarrhoea is just yucky.<\/li>\n<li>The Anglican Church of Canada is obsessed with the Anglican spiritual journey, therefore it is obsessed with sex. At the outer reaches of the Anglican spiritual journey we find homosexual sex. So it is particularly obsessed with that.<\/li>\n<li>The Anglican Church of Canada has so many homosexual priests that their interest in Aids is really the expression of a desire for self-preservation: homosexual sex is still the preferred way to contract Aids.<\/li>\n<li>All of the above.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>According to the WHO: HIV\/AIDS kills 1.78 million people per year.
