But exactly the process suggested by your drawings is involved in the adoption of pure materialism/secularism. The drawings suggest men falling, cringing, and bowing down to some idol – but materialists (US = “naturalists”) do that just as much as Muslims, but matbe the idolatry is a bit more hidden; they worship humankind, themselves, un-directed processes, Darwinist dogma, the earth, etc., etc.

I have a simple mind: it struck me that the drawings looked like the typical evolutionary ape to man sketches in reverse. So Islam is a regress.
As you note, there are other ways to regress.
